GROUP THERAPY
Meaningful Change Does Not Always Happen Alone
Group therapy creates a different kind of therapeutic experience—one where participants can learn, practice, gain perspective, build connection, and recognize that experiences that feel deeply personal are often shared by others.
Our groups are deliberately small and clinically focused, allowing enough structure for meaningful work while preserving the personal attention that can be lost in larger programs.

CURRENT GROUPS
01 — DBT SKILLS GROUP
Feel Less Overwhelmed. Respond Instead of React.
The DBT Skills Group is a practical, structured program for people who want more effective ways to understand emotions, tolerate distress, communicate clearly, maintain boundaries, and respond more intentionally when situations become difficult.
MINDFULNESS • EMOTIONAL REGULATION • DISTRESS TOLERANCE • INTERPERSONAL EFFECTIVENESS • BOUNDARIES • COMMUNICATION
12 Weeks • 90 Minutes Weekly • $60 / Week • Limited to 7 Participants • Virtual Group
02 — TRAUMA RECOVERY GROUP
Understand What Happened Without Having to Relive It
Trauma can continue to shape the way people experience safety, relationships, emotions, and the world around them long after the original event has passed. This group focuses on understanding trauma responses and developing ways to move forward with greater stability, connection, and choice.
Participants are never required to tell or recount their trauma story.
TRAUMA RESPONSES & TRIGGERS • GROUNDING • EMOTIONAL REGULATION • AVOIDANCE & HYPERVIGILANCE • RELATIONSHIPS & CONNECTION • SAFETY • RESILIENCE & RECOVERY
03 — COUPLES GROUP
Stop Having the Same Fight. Start Understanding the Pattern.
UNDERSTAND • REPAIR • BUILD
This structured couples group is designed for partners who want to better understand recurring relationship patterns, communicate more effectively, repair hurt, strengthen trust, and build a healthier relationship together.
COMMUNICATION • RECURRING CONFLICT • EMOTIONAL SAFETY • TRUST • FRIENDSHIP • CONNECTION & INTIMACY • HEALTHIER RELATIONSHIP PATTERNS. 12 Weeks • 90 Minutes Weekly • $75 Per Couple / Week • Limited to 6 Couples • Virtual Group. Both partners participate together throughout the program.
04 — THE FORGE
What Do You Want From the Next Chapter of Your Life?
PERSON • PURPOSE • PASSION
The Forge is a process-oriented group for men exploring identity, relationships, friendship, loneliness, belonging, responsibility, meaning, purpose, and what they want from the next chapter of their lives.
A DIFFERENT KIND OF THERAPEUTIC EXPERIENCE
• CONNECTION — Recognize that difficult experiences are often less isolating than they feel.
• PRACTICE — Use therapeutic skills in a setting that includes real interpersonal interaction.
• PERSPECTIVE — Learn from the experiences, observations, and feedback of others.
• ACCOUNTABILITY — Return each week with opportunities to reflect on what happened between sessions.
• GROWTH — Experiment with healthier ways of communicating, responding, connecting, and understanding yourself.
Group therapy may complement individual or couples therapy but is not necessarily a replacement for it.
BEFORE ENROLLMENT
Finding the Right Group Matters
Participation is voluntary. Prospective group members may complete a brief screening or consultation before enrollment so that clinical appropriateness, goals, scheduling, and group fit can be considered.
• Ability to participate consistently
• Appropriate clinical stability for a group setting
• Willingness to respect confidentiality and group boundaries
• Interest in the specific focus of the group
• Availability for the full program whenever possible.
Not every group is appropriate for every person. If another service would be a better fit, that can be discussed during the initial inquiry.
